TRADE POLICIES
Special orders at
Hive Trade Showroom & Hive Home, gift and garden
The program offers designer net pricing exclusively on special orders from an extensive selection of furniture, lighting and decor.

The Trade discount applies to merchandise only. Freight charges are excluded.

All special orders are final sale and must be approved by the designer and paid in full prior to being processed. Once payment is remitted, there are no cancelations or refunds.

HIVE will not be responsible for any and all delays in shipping or delivery of any merchandise by its manufacturer and/or distributor.

HIVE will not receive special order deliveries. The
designer must designate the ship-to location.

If a client requests a Cut for Approval (CFA), all
claims to return/exchange the textile must be made within 4 days upon receipt of the order.

To qualify to make a claim, designers must request and approve their CFA in writing.
In Store Purchases at hive home, gift & garden
This program offers exclusive trade pricing for in-store furniture, lighting and decor.

This discount does not apply to plants and food. The discount also excludes clothing & personal accessories from Hive for Her, Hive for Him, and Hive for Kids.

To qualify for the discount, each invoice must be a minimum of $500 of applicable merchandise.

A discount can not be applied after the transaction has been completed.

Clients must be accompanied by the designer. We will not give a discount to a client without the designer present. Clients may pay directly with the designer present.
GENERAL
Payment is due in full prior to trade orders and in-store invoices being processed.

Membership may be denied or terminated at any time, with or without cause, at HIVE’s sole discretion.
